You choose either green or red, just like the traffic lights. Green means go, red means stop. Yellow asks you to slow down. But incase if you try to beat the yellow light, you might get into a big trouble, accident.
Respect the yellow color but at the same time bare in mind that it is still being sandwitched between green and red.
