ABX COURIER SERVICE JUST FUCKED UP.

Yeah I know it is Ramadan.

And it is so fucked up to be calling a so-called national courier service and getting a stupid answer:

Me: Yeah, good afternoon. Please pass me to your MD's office.

Operator: Again sir? Which department?

Me: Please pass me to your MD's office, Encik Mohamad Ali.

Operator: Ok, please hold on.

The call being placed on hold for almost 2 minutes.

Line disconnected.

Me: Helo, please pass me to your MD's office.

Operator: May I know who is calling?

Me: Yeah, this is bla bla bla bla, yada yada yada from TV3. (and my voice was crystal clear thanks to Maxis. Celcom here sucks).

Operator: From where?

Me: (Pissed, a bit), I am from TV - 1, 2, 3 - that is three. You are in Malaysia aren't you? So, you must know TV3 right? (sigh!)

Operator: Ohh..

Again, I was put on hold again.

After almost a minute:

Operator: Sorry sir, which department do you require to be passed to? You wanna spik to witch (which) Mohamad Ali?

Me: (pissed), Mohamad Ali is your Managing Director. Managing Director. (voice tone masih under control).

Put on hold again. I disconnected the line sebab lagu on hold tu dah jadik annoying dah selepas hampir 2 minit.

Sent a small parcel containing a tape that weighs less than a kg yesterday. And it is supposed to arrive in Sri Pentas today.

At noon, Mazidul sms-ed and informed the tape has yet to arrives.

Immediately, called ABX Courier in JB.

Me: What happened to my courier? Sampai sekarang tak sampai lagi?

ABX staff - Diana: Ohh, takper, saya check kejap.

Me: Ok, please call me immediately.

After a couple of minutes, the same girl called. I have been liaising with her for almost a year now and she has been rendering a good customer service.

Someone from KL office, Diana said, will be calling me shortly to explain the status of the parcel.

That was noon.

At 4:45 pm, since nobody from this company called seperti dijanjikan, I took the liberty to call them, yelah kat Malaysia kan camtu, kalau service provider janji nak call, jangan percaya. We need to spend more $$ for our phone bill to call them to follow up. So, sebenarnya kos kita lebih dari apa yang kita bayar untuk guna service mereka.

Called JB office from 4.50 pm until 5:30 pm, nobody seems to be picking up the phone. Dan selalu pun camtu, kalau call this office. Mungkin mereka ada masalah pendengaran yang kronik.

At 5:25pm, pissed. Google for Abx Courier, found their company's webbie and the bosses names. Cool. Called, and the above conversation transpired.

Lastly, I was attended by one Linda - a customer care manager, selepas my attempt to reach the MD di-failed oleh operator yang tak tahu apa itu MD dan siapa Mohamad Ali itu. Mungkin dia sangka aku mintak disambungkan kepada peninju Mohamad Ali. Sungguh un-sangka-rable.

Guess what?

Someone from JB office said, our parcel disimpan molek molek di stor delivery mereka di KL dan hanya selepas Linda ni telefon dan check, barulah tahu benda tu tak dikeluarkan lagi. WTF kan? Yes, WTF. Mungkin diaorang nak start their own tv station. Who knows kan.

So, aku kenalah beritahu Mazidul Akmal Sidik, bahawasanya dia akan digantikan tidak lama lagi. Hahaha. Depa nak buat program 180, sebab nak lawan 360.

HORAY HORAY!! HORAY ABX! HORAY!

Nanti nak nominate them for Fortune 500 companies! Horay!

So, you see, the nominal fee for the parcel is RM10 only.

But, I have spent more than that for outstation call, being placed on hold sebab operator dungu tak tau apa itu MD. Ok, sebab tu dia kerja operator. Sila maafkan operator itu.

Dan Liza wartawan 360 terpaksa tergesa gesa membeli belah di bazar Ramadan sebab mat delivery dah sampai untuk hantar, specially for us. Takper Liza, if you are reading this, next dinner is on me.

And last but not least, according to this company's website, their so-called mission is as follows:

"To Deliver Beyond Satisfaction To Our Customer !"

Triple crap! Crap crap crap.. sungguh crap. Dan servisnya sungguh sungguh beyond, beyond dan beyond.

Yahuuuuuu.. !

hahaha..tu la padan muka mamat yg anta tape tu i dah basuh cukup2....potong stim i nak beli juadah berbuke tau tak....setengah jam jugak la die kene tunggu ...ehhehe..padan muke die kann...dah buat salah, pastu nak tunjuk lagak ngan i lagi....silap besar la kan.....
