My nieces - Azwa and Fiqah were more than excited in joining the global effort to switch off the lights last nite. We were at mum's place.
They even did a countdown themselves.
A couple in Subang took the limelight in the darkness for having their wedding dinner coinciding Earth Hour.
Some of my neighbours switched off their lights too.
My mum asked:
"Kena tutup lampu ehh Hazri pukul 8.30 ni?"
"Yalah mak, kalau tidak nanti polis tangkap. Semua penghuni rumah kena tutup lampu. Arahan kerajaan"
Dengan suara panik, mak keluarkan perintah berkanun: "Ehh ehh Azwa, Fiqah pergi tutup lampu cepat, nanti susah kita."
Quickly, sebelum ditulis dosa aku kat bahu sebelah kiri, "taklah mak, hihi (must be done dengan muka manja), hazri memain jek.."
Wifey giggling, so does Azwa. And Fiqah too.
Sorry mak. Ampunnnnnnnnnnn...
Our home - our earth hour starts early.. sebab tak balik lagi since petang. :)
But one thing for sure - TNB mengalami kemerosotan perolehan malam tadi. No bonus for all the bunch of losers working for TNB. Tak percaya? Read here at bystander's blog.

Rasanya lagi berganda atau tak berubah kot perolehan TNB malam tadi sebab it takes 2 times the energy to switch on the electricity. byngkan kempen malam tadi berjuta malaysian turned on the lights after 9.30 serentak..brp banyak power dah terhasil tu...

Zara: Yeah, it boosts more money to TNB to spent on all the unnecessary and then pass the cost to us.
