Yes, it sux kan. When you are transferring your file via ftp and it takes almost 4 hours to upload 10MB file with upload speed of 9.9kbps !!! What the fuck kan!! Dan hidup aku dah macam ni sejak bertahun tahun dah. P2P memang sux big time kalau guna streamyx.
Last time, I did called their customer careline, and told them, what do you get when you are subscribed to 1MB package? 1MB download and 512 kbps upload. Yeah right, that is what is written on their 'HOW TO ANSWER A CUSTOMER" HANDBOOK. So when I told the girl who answered my call, my upload is not even 10kbps and dah macam dial-up 1515, the girl on the other end, told me, errr.. errr.. so I interrupted and said this: Well, it will be very deceiving and totally absurd if you were to tell me to upgrade kan? And she said.. errrr.. yes sir. Apparently, she was about to suggest that, hahaha. And interesting kan, customer will have to subscribe to 2MB or 100 million Gigabytes to actually gets not even 1MB. Pay more money to TMNET, pay more dan dapatlah speed yang tak speed langsung!! Horay !!! GLC getting richer!! Yeah... and can outsource more.. yeahhhh..

yes, bukan setakat speed, also the service, kekadang tuh sampai seminggu tak dapat online, then of course, tetiba jer dtg surat merah bagi warning cakap bill tertunggak!!! WTF!!!
anyway, streamyx skrg kalau nak donlod memang slow, diorang sengaja letak throttle... u cuba langgan bolehvpn lah kalau nak cepat... it's good and it works!!

lankapo: itu yang aku dilema tu. Kat sini wayar dia kalau terpijak pun boleh putus sebab dah reput. Hahaha. The only fiber yang aku ada ialah kat ekzos aku. Stupid kan. Aku nak cuba bolehvpn macam Sherita Aziz rekomenkan. Kau ada suggestion lain lain ker yang boleh aku manfaatkan, maklumlah aku ni cetek sikit pasal IT ni. Haha..
so far i guna bolehvpn memang puas hati, cara nak install pon mudah (tapi kena baca betul betul lah instruction dia).. memang laju lah, sometimes rate download hampir mencecah 200kbps.. try lah.. memang berbaloi.
Sherita, that is very helpful and thoughtful of you. How about upload? Does it gave you any lagging?
